On Friday, March 13, 2026, Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC), who operates the Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) site at the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) in Kingston, was informed that the province is ending provincial funding for the seven active Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) sites in communities across Ontario that are supported by an existing Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub.
