About Us
The Integrated Care Hub (ICH) opened in 2020 and serves to provide low-barrier access to care and services for some of our community’s most marginalized and vulnerable citizens.
The ICH provides values-driven care based on the principles of harm reduction, trauma informed care, stabilization, wellness, and cultural safety.
The ICH is located at 661 Montreal Street in Kingston, and is open 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. Core services offered at the ICH include:
- An Access and Support Centre where individuals can access food, harm reduction supplies, support, and community.
- A Rest Zone.
- Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS), including Harm Reduction support (9 a.m. – 9 p.m., 7 days a week)
- Integrated Care where community organizations provide access to social, economic and community health services to those we serve.
Services offered at the ICH are provided by consortium partners Addiction & Mental Health Services – Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (AMHS-KFLA), Kingston Community Health Centre (KCHC)/Street Health, Trellis HIV & Community Care, Providence Care and Home Base Housing; the organizations work together to deliver care and services.
