Trellis HIV & Community Care is an HIV Service Organization serving South Eastern Ontario which provides comprehensive services including education, prevention, and support for people living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted bloodborne infections (STBBIs), in addition to advocating for broader social change to reduce stigma and discrimination.

Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC)/Street Health

Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) is one of 83 community health centres in Ontario.

Community Health Centres (CHCs) are not-for-profit community governed organizations with a primary focus on improving the health and well-being of populations who have traditionally faced barriers accessing health services, including:

• those living on low income
• new immigrants
• those with complex mental health issues
• individuals who do not have health insurance

KCHC works to improve health and wellbeing, recognizing the broad and complex context surrounding each individual, including family, friends, community, and the richness of social, cultural, and spiritual connections.

Home Base Housing

Home Base Housing develops affordable, supportive and transitional housing, emergency shelters and support services to meet the needs of youth, adults, and families at risk of homelessness in the Kingston area.
