Our Services
Service Title
Services at the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) are delivered by a group of community partners who work together to provide collaborative, integrated care.

ACCESS & SUPPORT CENTRE
This is a low-barrier, non-judgmental space that aims to meet the immediate needs of individuals and connect them with services in the community.
Visitors can access basic-need services such as washrooms, showers, meals, beverages, and storage for belongings. Those accessing the drop-in space can also meet with case managers, request access to additional supports, and make community connections.
REST ZONE
The Rest Zone provides a safe and comfortable space for up to 28 individuals to rest and sleep.
Spaces are available daily on a first come, first served basis.

HARM REDUCTION + NEEDLE EXCHANGE
The only 24-hour Needle Exchange Program in the greater Kingston area where individuals can access harm reduction supplies (i.e. safer injection and inhalation equipment) and Naloxone kits and training.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Case Managers work 1:1 with individuals who have mental health or addiction issues and provide goal-oriented and individualized supports focusing on improved self-sufficiency, through assessment, planning, referrals, advocacy and the development of skills and resources that meet the individual’s needs.

CONSUMPTION + TREATMENT SERVICES (CTS)
CTS staff provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can use substances and have access to post consumption monitoring, treatment services and overdose prevention supports. The CTS site is open 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., 7 days a week.
We also offer connection to primary health care, psychiatry and Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) on site. A shuttle service is provided daily to Street Health Centre.
DRUG CHECKING SERVICES
The Integrated Care Hub is participating in Ontario’s Drug Checking Community as a collection site member.
This service provides access to point of care test strips for real time results so people can confirm the contents of their unregulated substances. They also have the option of sending a small sample to Toronto’s Drug Checking Service for more robust analysis.
In addition to increased safety, drug checking services provide invaluable and accurate information on what is circulating in the unregulated drug supply and anticipated harms.
This resource is available to anyone in the community. It is located in the Consumption and Treatment Services space at the Integrated Care Hub from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
