The partners who operate the services at the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) are pleased to share the addition of limited services of our Access and Support Centre, formerly known as the Drop-In.
As of today, we are now open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., seven days a week.
A maximum of 10 individuals will be allowed inside at one time to support safe access. People with needs can connect with essential services, access showers, bathrooms or computers, meet with workers, and have their basic requirements met. Time at the ICH will be limited to individuals actively accessing services.
The ICH serves individuals who may use substances and who are unhoused, precariously housed, or unsafely housed, offering low-barrier access to critical supports such as connection to services, case management, harm reduction, hygiene, food, rest, and consumption treatment services.
By addressing immediate needs with dignity and connecting clients to recovery-oriented services, the ICH fosters safety, stability, and access to vital services and support.
The ICH consortium of partners will continue to use this website as one way to keep clients, families, the community and partners updated on service provision. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via info@integratedcarehub.ca.
If you or someone you know requires immediate support, AMHS-KFLA Crisis Lines are available 24/7 in the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington region:
- Kingston & Frontenac: 613-544-4229 or Toll-Free 1-866-616-6005
- Lennox & Addington: 613-354-7388 or Toll-Free 1-800-267-7877
Background: The ICH is supported by a consortium of partners: AMHS-KFLA, KCHC, Providence Care, and Home Base Housing—who collaboratively provide low-barrier services to individuals in need, many of whom are unhoused or dealing with mental health and substance use challenges.
